Provisional Program for the Winter International Symposium (11/25-27) is up

This year's GCOE Winter International Symposium will be held in Sapporo from Friday, November 25th to Sunday, November 27th. The provisional program is available here.
The 25th will see presentations by young researchers on China, border researchers from around the world shall give their talks on the 26th, while the 27th shall be an event under the aegis of the Japan Border Studies Network. The discussion held over the Northern Territories issue on the afternoon of the 27th at Sapporo's L-Plaza promises to be particularly lively.
