VISA SUPPORT
Visa support for Chinese citizens will be provided by the Organizing Committee,
so please contact the Organizing Committee via:

The other foreign citizens who need visa support to visit Japan should
fill the attached form and send it to Mr. Fushida of the travel agency JIC at fushida@jic-web.co.jp

How to Pay the Hotel Charge and Visa Support Fee?
Participants who book hotel or/and visa support through JIC Travel Center has to pay the expense directly to JIC by credit card or bank transfer. After reservation is decided JIC announce a participant the final amount as a bill.
- In case of bank transfer: JIC informs bank details with a bill. Participant
is requested to remit the amount by the end of June ( in case booking after
June, within 1 week when invoice is issued).
- In case of card payment: Participant sends the card information (name,
number, term of validity) to JIC when he/she received the bill. JIC will
examine the validity of the card and make procedure. In card payment, JIC
adds and asks a participant for a card issuer's commission (3% of the total
amount).
Important Notification to Chinese Colleagues
Until June 14, the Organizing Committee had been asking you to contact
the Tourist Agency JIC for your visa support. However, the Organizing Committee
got to know that the expenses for visa support for Chinese citizens on
commercial basis is extremely high (140-170 Евро for one person), and decided
to provide visa support, solely in regard to Chinese citizens, by ourselves.
Many Chinese colleagues have already answered to our additional questionnaire
necessary for visa. Yet if you need visa support, but if you have not received
the Organizing Committee’s message or if something is unclear, please send
your message to eastasian2013@gmail.com.
