On 13-14 July 2017 the Slavic-Eurasian Research Center will hold its Summer Symposium. This year's event will focus on the strategic partnership between Russia and China in its historical and contemporary contexts. For Northeast Asia, relations between these two powers are of fundamental importance to the future of the region. Complicating the relationship are the growing tensions between Russia and the United States, and the changing approach of China to its engagement with Japan.
Leading experts will gather from Russia, China, Japan and elsewhere for what promises to be two days of stimulating discussions and provocative insights. All are welcome to attend.
