| [第1回国際シンポジウムの開催] 新学術領域研究「ユーラシア地域大国の比較研究」の最初の国際シンポジウムが2009年7月9-10日にスラブ研究センターで開催されます。テーマは「地 域大国と持続的発展の可能性」です。ロシア、中国、インドおよびその他の地域大国が、今後国際社会のなかでどのような位置を占めていくのか、現在の「地域 大国としての地位」は今後も持続可能であるのかを探ろうとするものです。具体的には、この「持続可能性」は、マクロ経済、環境、エネルギー、格差と貧困と いう4つの基本視角から検討されることになります。シンポジウムにおける議論によって、各国がこれら4つの領域で抱える諸問題の共通性と特殊性が明らかに なるとともに、地球規模でのそれらの問題の解決の糸口も見出されるものと期待されます。さらに、国境問題に関するセッションも合わせて開催されます。最後 は、歴史的な視点からの特別セッションで締めくくられます。暫定的なプログラムは以下のとおりです。［上垣彰（組織委員長）］ |
