略　歴

1977年生まれ．2001年静岡県立大学国際関係学部国際関係学科卒，2003年日本大学大学院国際関係研究科修士課程修了、2006年同博士課程修了、博士(国際関係) 。静岡県立大学国際関係学研究科広域ヨーロッパ研究センター・センター研究員，海洋政策研究財団研究員、日本大学国際関係学部助教などを経て、2017年北海道道大学北極域研究センター准教授（～現在）、
2023年からはスラブ・ユーラシア研究センター准教授を兼任。この間、ラバル大学森林地理地質学部準教授（non-resident、2016-2022年）、ノルウェー防衛研究所客員研究員（2018-19年）、バレンツ研究所（ノルウェー）客員研究員（2008-2009年）、オーランド平和研究所（フィンランド）客員研究員（2004-2005年）を兼務。
